You will collaborate with a team of financial professionals, expand the local client base, and help clients maximize refunds while planning year-round support and advisory services.

This role requires active PTIN, strong tax knowledge, and a community-focused mindset; on-site work is required with regular hours.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences for clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and foster long-term client relationships.
