Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for personal and business returns, while growing your local client base through outreach and events. You will collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, with a focus on understanding each client’s financial picture and building long-term relationships in the community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN and ability to file taxes.
• At least 3 tax seasons with 30+ returns filed using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related rules.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, ~20 hours/week.
• Completes required training and development; uniforms provided.
• Interest in local/community presence and content creation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, personal and business income, deductions, amendments.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Engage with clients to understand complete financial picture and tailor solutions.
