Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while connecting clients with Intuit’s broader services and a local network of professionals.

You will engage with the community, build lasting relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience, helping clients navigate complex scenarios from personal to business taxes.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00.
• Training and uniforms may be required; name/picture may be used for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to build and grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, finance planning) for year-round support.
• Build relationships to turn transactions into long-term client partnerships.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
