Job summary

Intuit seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax preparation and advisory services, serving in-person and virtual clients. You’ll connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem, including bookkeeping and payroll, and help grow local client relationships through community engagement.

The role emphasizes hands-on preparation, complex tax scenarios, and a customer-first approach, with opportunities to collaborate across Intuit resources and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, in-person and via video tools.
