Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax advice and preparation at one of our TurboTax locations in the United States. You will engage with customers as a trusted advisor, build a local client base, and promote Intuit solutions to address clients’ financial needs.

The role emphasizes community engagement, cross‑selling related services like bookkeeping and payroll, and delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20 hours/week; training and compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise with hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer tax planning.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax business and events.
• Promote integration with Intuit ecosystem and cross-sell related services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
