Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full tax return services, tax advice, and software support, while engaging with the community and growing your client base locally.

The role emphasizes tax expertise, client-centric service, and the ability to build long-term relationships, with marketing support and a focus on prosperity for customers and the community.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and provide planning advice.
• Grow the local client base and establish long-term relationships.
• Represent TurboTax as a community ambassador and drive local marketing.
