Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide professional tax return services, tax advice, and software support directly to customers in a community setting.

You will lead local marketing efforts, grow your client base, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while promoting Intuit’s products and services.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Possess PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must hold or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state tax returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax advisory experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
