Zusammenfassung

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide full‑service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support, helping customers navigate complex tax situations with clear, everyday language.

As a trusted advisor and community ambassador, you’ll grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and participate in local marketing efforts, with a competitive compensation

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.
• Comfortable working in a front-facing retail environment.

• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
