Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax - Retail Experts at our on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

This non-exempt, in-person role focuses on tax expertise, client service, and community engagement to help customers navigate their taxes. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and advice, build a local client base, participate in marketing activities, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while wearing a

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert to clients.
• Lead and participate in local marketing with TurboTax support.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Perform tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Use government resources and team expertise to deliver accurate solutions.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via TurboTax video tools.
• Address client inquiries and help with tax-related challenges.
