You’ll work onsite with a team, serving in-person and virtual clients, and you’ll engage the community through events and marketing support. The role emphasizes accuracy, empathy, and a client‑centric approach.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attourney with strong tax prep knowledge and extensive tax law experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040s for 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Will to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location; 20+ hours/week; may expand during tax season.
• Willing to complete required training and development; uniforms required; may be featured in marketing.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond simple filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and advise on future tax planning with trusted resources.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory teams to deliver end‑to‑end Intuit experience.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and community partnerships; participate in events.
• Deliver best‑in‑class customer experience in person and via Intuit video tools.
