Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax - Local Service Experts to advise, prepare tax returns, and grow the local client base at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work closely with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end support and a trusted customer experience. Qualifications

• Active PTIN required.
• 3+ years of paid tax return experience (30+ federal/state returns per season) using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into advisory services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Must reside in the United States and be onsite in a TurboTax location.
• Ability to work 20 hours per week minimum, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with empathy and clarity.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless, end-to-end client engagements.
