You’ll connect clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning, to deliver end-to-end support. You’ll build relationships within the community, drive local growth, and ensure a high‑quality customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services like bookkeeping or payroll.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage with clients in person and via Intuit marketing tools to expand presence.
