Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking tax-focused Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and expert advice while engaging with clients to grow a local TurboTax business.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll connect clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services. The role emphasizes community engagement, personal outreach, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (federal/state).
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; capable of client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with community organizations.
• Refer clients to bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning as appropriate within Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
