Intuit, Inc. is seeking passionate TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance while building a local client base and collaborating with a cross‑functional team across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Monday–Friday.
• Must complete training and development as required by the business; uniforms and advertising use may apply.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert and creating content per Intuit policy.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Lead local growth by outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships to build a new client base.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping or payroll for year-round support.
• Build relationships to turn transactions into long-term loyalty.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual channels.
