Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and guide clients through complex tax situations while collaborating with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax advisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and foster relationships.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
