Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking diligent TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver personal and business tax prep, advise on tax planning, and link clients with bookkeeping and payroll services, creating a complete financial picture.

You will grow the local client base, engage with community events, and provide an exceptional customer experience using TurboTax tools and collaboration with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Must work onsite 8am–5pm Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Complete required training; uniforms provided; advertising presence allowed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; holistic tax advisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end‑to‑end service.
• Represent TurboTax locally and maintain high client satisfaction.
