Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• At least 3 years preparing 1040s (federal/state).
• Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to expand into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with teams offering bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end client experiences in-person and virtually.
• Ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.
