Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to prepare taxes on-site and guide clients through complex scenarios. You’ll work closely with specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions and build lasting client relationships.

You will also actively grow the local TurboTax client base, organizing community events and leveraging marketing resources to expand presence and trust in the community.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law for filing taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow and maintain a local client base through outreach and community activities.
• Coordinate with related services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) within Intuit ecosystem.
