Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and guide clients through complex tax scenarios while coordinating with a broader team of specialists. You will also play a key role in attracting new clients, building relationships, and extending TurboTax services within the local community.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and local events.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end client experiences.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and accurate tax solutions in plain language.
