Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for clients on-site, while also collaborating with specialists to offer a full Intuit ecosystem of services.

You will lead local growth, build relationships, and deliver exceptional customer experiences, both in-person and via digital tools, while meeting training and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney certification preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit experts to offer holistic services: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
