Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new locations across the United States.

You will perform full‑service tax return preparation for in-person and virtual clients, provide tax advice, and help customers navigate complex scenarios. You will work onsite, partner with a team of specialists, grow the local client base, and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience using Intuit tools.

Qualifications

• Active Enrolled Agent/CPA status or equivalent preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes (as applicable).
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into related services with training from Intuit.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours per week; flexible peak-season hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns across personal and business scenarios.
• Diagnose deductions, optimize liabilities, and offer future tax planning guidance.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end support.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Represent Intuit professionally, delivering high-quality customer experiences.
