Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams across the United States.

You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support, collaborating with a network of specialists to deliver an end‑to‑end Intuit experience. You’ll grow TurboTax’s local client base, engage with the community, and help clients achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• 3+ years' paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax compliance rules.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Wear Intuit uniforms; may have name/picture used for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; strong client communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax returns for clients, including complex scenarios.
• Facilitate discovery and reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Collaborate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.

Tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney)

PTIN active

Tax prep experience (3+ yrs with 1040s
