Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver in-person and virtual tax services from a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to build ongoing relationships. You will engage with the community, grow the local client base, and work with marketing tools to create opportunities.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training by Intuit.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week, with periodic peak-period scaling.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; may be featured in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex tax situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and cross-sell services.
