Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide on‑site tax preparation, advisory services, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to deliver a seamless customer experience. You will work with a collaborative team, helping clients understand tax implications, optimize refunds, and plan for future tax needs.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and referrals.
• Coordinate with other specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver high-quality customer service.
