Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver hands-on tax advice and preparation services at a local TurboTax office. You will engage with customers in-person and through virtual tools, uncover deductions, and guide clients toward optimal tax outcomes.

You will also drive local growth as a community ambassador, partnering with local organizations and events, and expand services through Intuit's ecosystem while providing outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Act as a local community ambassador and drive growth through grassroots outreach and partnerships.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience, in person and via video tools.
