Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax advice and preparation in a TurboTax location. You will help clients navigate tax needs, identify deductions, and maximize refunds while engaging with the local community and building a local customer base.

You will interact with clients in-person, support local events, and demonstrate Intuit resources and services to fulfill tax obligations and future planning needs.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax filing experience using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan taxes.
• Build local customer base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Act as the local face of TurboTax, delivering outstanding customer experience.
