Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advise clients, and connect them with broader Intuit services while building a local client base.

As a community-focused professional, you’ll lead local events, collaborate with marketing, and ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for individuals and small businesses with both in-person and virtual interactions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location part-time/full-time.
• Willingness to wear uniforms and participate in branding.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and virtually.
