Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, handling personal and small-business tax returns and delivering expert tax advice.

You will build trusted client relationships, grow the local customer base, and coordinate with a team of specialists to offer a full Intuit ecosystem of services, including bookkeeping and payroll support.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA with strong tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid tax return filing experience (30+ returns/season).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax clients' returns.
• Grow local client base and act as a community ambassador.
• Connect clients with additional Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Develop relationships for year-round engagement.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
