Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support to customers, combining tax expertise with community engagement to drive prosperity. As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you will grow the local client base, build relationships, and represent TurboTax in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to build local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a friendly ambassador in the community.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert to long-term clients.
• Lead and participate in local marketing with TurboTax support.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, reviews, and tax planning advice.
