Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year‑round TurboTax Retail Experts in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs, on-site serving in-person customers who use TurboTax products.

You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, grow TurboTax’s client base in local communities, and work

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must have PTIN for filing taxes.
• Onsite at TurboTax location, Sundays–Saturdays, 20+ hours/week.
• 3+ years of paid 1040 tax returns filing experience with tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build client loyalty.
