Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, preparing tax returns, delivering tax guidance, and driving local client growth while supporting Intuit’s mission.

Responsibilities include hands-on tax preparation, community outreach, and building relationships with clients. The role emphasizes in-person service, marketing collaboration, and a customer-first mindset in a retail

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Onsite presence for 20 hours per week, Sunday through Saturday.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
