Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to serve on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You’ll provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and support customers in navigating tax needs while building a local client base. The role emphasizes community engagement, sales-oriented outreach, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
