Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while building local client relationships and contributing to community outreach. The role emphasizes tax expertise, customer service, and the ability to grow the local TurboTax client base with support from marketing and tools, in a non-exempt, hourly

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality, personalized tax solutions in clear everyday language.
