Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person, while cultivating local client relationships and a thriving community presence.

You’ll leverage tax expertise and marketing support to grow your local client base, participate in outreach, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns in a tax season using professional software.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador locally, engaging with prospects and converting them into clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Lead local marketing efforts and grow the client base with TurboTax support.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Create an exceptional customer experience, helping clients achieve financial goals.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools.
