Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, offer tax advice, and support customers using TurboTax products, serving as a trusted advisor and community ambassador.

Responsibilities include proactive outreach, local marketing collaboration, and building long‑term client relationships, with a focus on delivering accurate tax solutions and a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted professional license (EA, CPA, or attorney).
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist clients with deductions, planning, and complex tax scenarios.
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax client base and build relationships.

Skills

EA/CPA/Attorney license

Active PTIN

Strong tax prep experience

Bilingual English/Spanish (plus)
