Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support for in-person customers, leveraging your tax knowledge to maximize refunds and tailor guidance to each client. You will grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and participate in community outreach with TurboTax marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Experience with professional tax preparation software and tax basics.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, including deductions and credits, preferred.
• Onsite work at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations; ability to work 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax client base and foster relationships.
