Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, offer tax advice, and support customers in-person using TurboTax software.

Grow your client base, build relationships, and contribute to community engagement with marketing support. The role is non-exempt and onsite, requiring hours across weekends and peak periods.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes; state licenses/certificates may be required.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador, generating leads and referrals.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for customers using TurboTax products.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience, building trust and long-term relationships.
