Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation and expert advice to individuals and businesses.

You will build local relationships, drive client growth, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to provide end-to-end tax solutions. The role emphasizes community engagement, ongoing training, and representing Intuit in local marketing efforts, with a strong focus on delivering a superior

Qualifications

EA, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
Willing to work onsite 20+ hours weekly, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
Willing to complete training and wear Intuit-provided uniforms.
Willing to upskill into additional service types (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll).
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
Be a proactive community ambassador and grow the local client base through outreach and events.
Coordinate with a broader team of specialists to deliver holistic Intuit services.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and assist clients in navigating tax challenges.
Participate in ongoing training and adapt to Intuit’s ecosystem.
