Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail Expert to serve customers on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. You will provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support while building lasting client relationships in the local community.

You will represent TurboTax, lead outreach, and help grow the customer base with client-focused service in a fast-paced retail environment across the United States.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at TurboTax locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow local client base through community engagement and referrals.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.
