Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, serving as trusted advisors to help customers with tax needs and product use.

You will grow the client base through community engagement, deliver hands-on tax preparation and guidance, and provide exceptional service while working in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN active as required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable onsite at TurboTax retail location 20+ hours/week.
• Willingness to build local community presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a public face in the community.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert to long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support.
