Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts at locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation and expert tax advice, helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes. The role requires onsite presence at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, with responsibilities in tax planning, client relationship building, and local marketing support to grow your client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required or preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, or bonds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax calculations and software/product support onsite.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and referrals.
