Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, building trusted relationships and helping navigate tax needs. As a proactive community ambassador, you will grow the local client base, engage in marketing activities, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to Intuit policies.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Experience filing 1040s for 30+ returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and client-facing expert.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Grow the local client base and participate in marketing efforts.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
