Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You’ll provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support while building relationships with local customers and the community. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 tax returns using professional software.
• Knowledge of Circular 230 and tax regulations helpful.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and referrals.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.
