Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to serve in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support customers face-to-face at on-site locations.

You’ll engage with the local community, attract new clients, and build lasting relationships using TurboTax tools and marketing support. This non-exempt, onsite role emphasizes customer service, tax expertise, and local presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsabilités

• Be a proactive community ambassador, represent TurboTax locally, nurture leads, and grow client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and client-focused service.
• Lead local marketing efforts and collaborate with TurboTax networks to build presence in the community.
