Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and help clients navigate complex tax situations in a friendly, community-focused role.

The position requires on-site work, a valid tax credential, and strong customer-service skills. You’ll engage with the local community, support marketing efforts, and contribute to a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax prep experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law
• State licenses/certifications or bonds as needed
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and on-site work at TurboTax locations

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex scenarios
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, build trust, and assist clients in person at retail locations
