Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our year-round TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, helping them navigate complex returns while building lasting client relationships.

This front-facing role requires on-site presence, a strong knowledge of tax rules, and a passion for community engagement.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax retail or flagship location; minimum 20 hours per week; weekend availability.
• Must reside in the United States; ability to obtain state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax calculations, deductions optimization, and amendments.
• Engage with local community to attract and retain clients.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a front-facing retail environment.
