Valleybrook Country Club invites an energetic Tavern Server/Bartender to join our team. You will craft and serve beverages, assist guests with a warm, professional touch, and help maintain a polished bar area within the club.

Qualifications

• A thorough understanding of fine and casual dining.
• Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Must be dependable.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate computerized cash register system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service.
• Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including glassware.
• Maintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area(s), glassware and equipment.
• Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are followed.
• Learn the names of regulars and recognize them.
• Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to ensure best service.
• Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks.
