Job summary

Ramblewood Country Club is seeking a skilled Catering Bartender to join our hospitality team. You’ll craft drinks with precision for golf events, weddings, and dining experiences, ensuring guests leave with memorable smiles and outstanding service.

Ideal candidates will have a solid bar background, knowledge of beer, wine and liquor, be of legal drinking age, and demonstrate excellent communication in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Solid background in bar/tavern or casual dining service.
• Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor, and standard drink recipes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team.
• Experience operating a computerized cash register system.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and efficient customer service.
• Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including glassware.
• Ensures compliance with beverage laws and age verification.
• Monitors guest experience and takes appropriate action to ensure top service.
• Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
