Qualifications

• Understanding of fine and casual dining service expectations.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol per state law.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work weekends/holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team setting.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Experience with cashier systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service to guests.
• Maintains bar supplies, glassware, and equipment inventory.
• Ensure sanitation and cleanliness of bar areas and tools.
• Adhere to all beverage laws and regulations.

• Monitor guest experience and take action to ensure top service.
• Prepare garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks.
