Job summary

Downingtown Country Club is seeking a Tavern Bartender to join our spirited team. You will mix drinks, prepare garnishes, and deliver prompt service to guests in a busy club setting.

Maintain a professional appearance, learn regular guests, and ensure compliance with beverage laws while supporting a friendly, high-energy dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service
• Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware
• Maintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area(s), glassware and equipment
• Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
• Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
• Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service
• Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks
